My name is Rechelle and I am a qualified and professional massage therapist. I specialise in treating sports injuries, postural issues and work-related injuries (occupational diseases/repetitive strain injuries), for example, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome,  De Quervain’s, et cetera.

To me, massage is not a job, it is my passion –  to not only help people per se, but to equip them with the right tools to enable them to help themselves. In my opinion, massage is also not just a luxury, it is a necessity, especially if you want your body to work for you, so to speak. You have only one, to last you for however long you take care of it, the best way you know how.

I have been working in the massage industry for six years, having started my own business at that time. I started off with a mobile massage business at first and now, since February 2023, I am also working from my own practice in Botrivier.
